Back and Forth

Rants April 18th, 2007

Yesterday, after leaving the house to go to the city. I decided to take the bus rather than taking the usual L3. First because it’s cheaper, second, because I felt like it and third because I think i’d be more comfortable riding the bus. And besides, I like air, combined with dust and dirt slapped in my face, and I get to see everything clearly.

God bless our way.

Hell yeah, it’s what I noticed first in the bus, it has that sign upfront. I chose the right ride.

After getting every transaction processed in the city and missing lunch, I decided to take the bus again on my way home.

This time, it has Mind your head. signs all over the ceiling of the bus. I sat in front of two Biolink Girls™. Two of them have their feet up in my friggin’ seat! Talk about being considerate to other people! I didn’t mind it at first as their feet wasn’t touching me anyway. Unfortunately for me, when I decided to transfer seats, I almost glided my way out of where I was seated so the result was their feet taking my ass one by one. And I hear “sorry”. Fuck! Sorry my ass.

After that, while I was on my new seat, the ride was going well… Until… The conductor got something off the back of my seat and put it over me without saying anything. WTF. My seat has a fucking seatbelt, the bus had a fucking seatbelt. I would’ve understood if I was forced to wear the seatbelt if I was riding a car, or an L3. I was wondering if it was in the law that people should wear seatbelts inside the middle of the bus when no one outside can actually see! Hoe shit, there were no seatbelts on other seats, only in mine. And I had a seatmate, and I was the only one forced to wear the fucking seatbelt. Was it because of what I did? Because I haven’t taken a bath or changed my clothes I was still wearing the day before (and when I slept) when I rode their bus? I don’t know, because i’m pretty sure no one actually noticed on the first bus I took.

He was only caring for your safety. Hehe. Anyway, that was weird, you chanced upon a special kind of chair. Lady luck was on your side. :P
