Still looking at the three sides of the bill. . .
I did manage to go to the Thanksgiving Party for an Internet Community yesterday, it’s just that it was a meeting and not a party. I still had a fever and I almost forgot I had one before I tried to take a bath (again). And so, I also hung out with friends. But it cost me more than half of what’s left of my money. I don’t mind though because of the free food and the fun.
There is a God, yes there is.
Considering that i’m poor, i’ve had the pleasure of:
Going out of the country out of someone else’s expense.
Staying at a 5-star hotel a lot of times out of someone else’s expense.
Getting money in critical times.
Having lots of free stuff (including education) from people.
Having hi-tech stuff.
Having a bank account and a Debit Card.
These shit here are miracles at work. I just feel so blessed and thankful for all the blessings and graces God gave me. I also get to be lucky most of the time, even my absurd prayers like “Oh please delay the exams so I can cram.” works.
I guess these are not for praying, because when I pray, it’s always giving thanks and not asking for grace/blessings (although lately i’ve made it a habit to wish the best of life and health to those who’re dear to me).
Haven’t been in church for a long time so I decided to make it a point to attend mass yesterday to thank God for all the graces and blessings he gave me.
I lack the effort though, because i’m too lazy for anything. Oh, the hassle of being a hedonist.
